Before you do anything you need to log in to DutyMan as an administrator for your
club. Details of how to login are included in your DutyMan Registration Confirmation
email.
To login you need three items of information –
- Your club's DutyMan Administrator login name. This was originally supplied
by the person who registered to use DutyMan but may have been changed subsequently.
- Your club's DutyMan Administrator password. This was also originally
supplied by the person who registered to use DutyMan and may have been changed subsequently.
- Your club's DutyMan Roster ID. This is an 8-character code consisting
of a letter followed by 7 digits, for example X1234567.
Your Roster ID was created by DutyMan at the time of registering to use DutyMan
and uniquely identifies your DutyMan roster.
If you have all this information then open the DutyMan login web page by typing
or copying the following link into your web browser, replacing Annnnnn
with your roster id.

On the login page, type your login name and password into the panel on the right. Press the green arrow or the return/enter key on your keyboard.
You can also log in with just an email address. The address must be listed in Administrator Emails on the >Set Up >Security and Passwords page. That list includes the email address you provided at registration time.
Open the home page and, in the Log In panel on the right, type the email address. Press the green arrow or the return/enter key on your keyboard.
DutyMan sends an email with a link in it. Open that link to continue the login process. A One Time Password and a Captcha are used to verify that the recipient of the email is the person logging in.
