A link on your website
Every email from DutyMan to a member contains a personalised Quick Login
link that the member can use to access the duty roster without logging in. But it
is also useful to include a link to DutyMan from your club website as an alternative
access point.
One of DutyMan’s most frequent support calls is “Where is my DutyMan link?”,
so we recommend that you put the link in a prominent position on your website where
members can easily find it.
The HTML for this link is at >Set Up >Club. You need to pass this
HTML to your webmaster.
And now relax...
DutyMan has begun working for you, and you will start to see emails telling you
that reminders have been sent and that members have swapped or volunteered. This
