DutyMan is now ready for action, so
- Go to >Set Up >Notifications, set Notify
to Yes, then click Save Changes.
- Go to >Set Up >Duty Swapping, tick the Duty Swapping
Enabled box, then click Save Changes.
The DutyMan mail daemon runs every hour on the half hour so your
emailable
members soon receive these messages:
Welcome
All members in your list of members are sent a Welcome Message
introducing them to DutyMan.
To preview a Welcome Message go to >Set Up >Notifications.
New Duties
All members in your list of duties are sent a New Duties Message
advising them of the duties that have been assigned to them. To preview a New Duties
Message go to >Set Up >Notifications.
Duty Reminders
As duty dates approach members are sent Duty Reminders in accordance
with the schedule specified by >Set Up >Reminders.
