Maintaining the Allocation Duty Roster

This topic explains how to view, add, update and delete duties on-line in the allocation duty roster.

Walkthrough:

  • Open DutyMan and log in as an administrator.

  • In the Allocation menu click Amendments

Duties are presented as sequential list. The list is divided into pages and is ordered initially by date and event.

To change the order of the duty list
  • Select a field to sort on from Sort By.

  • Click Go.

To find a duty

With the list in an appropriate order either page through it using the Navigation Buttons or search for a field value.

To search for a field value
  • Select the field name from Sort By.

  • Type a value into Search For. All fields (except Duty Date) accept a partial value. Member Name searches are on last name.

  • Click Go. The list is positioned on the first page containing the field value in Search For. If the duty you are looking for is not on the first page use the Navigation Buttons to page forwards.

To change a duty
  • Find the duty as described above.

  • Make your changes.

  • Click Save Changes.

To delete a duty
  • Find the duty as described above.

  • Mark the duty by ticking the box in the right hand column. You can mark multiple duties on the same page.

  • Click Save Changes.

To add one or more duties
  • Click Add Duties.

  • Enter the details of one or more duties.

  • Click Save Changes.
