The DutyMan Mailer

The Mailer capitalises on DutyMan's database of people and email addresses to provide a simple mass-mailing facility featuring

• text editor
• mail merge
• attachments
• broadcast mailings
• selective mailings

To use the Mailer choose Mailer from the menu.

The Mailer incorporates its own Help page which can be opened via the Mailer menu item or here  

Set Up

Add the Mailer to menus.

To set up the Mailer click Mailer Set Up on the Mailer page and follow the on-screen instructions.

To authorise a member to use the Mailer:

• Find his or her record in >Members >List.

• Tick Can use Mailer in the Authorisation section.

• Save the record.

To list members authorised to use the Mailer:

• Go to the Member Reporting page.

• Choose Selective.

• Select Can use Mailer.

• List
