Maintaining the Members List
This topic explains how to view, add, update and delete member details on-line.
You can also add and update member details by modifying and uploading your CSV file of members. See
Deleting Members for instructions on deleting multiple
members.

Finding members
You can find a member in the list either by clicking on the initial letter of the members' name in the Letters Grid, or by typing the first few letters of the name into the Search box.
Email address updates
Changing an email address or resetting an invalid email address causes any outstanding
reminders to be resent and also the member's Welcome message if it was sent with in
the preceeding 30 days.
The member's duties
All duties in the active roster that have been allocated to the member are listed on the Duties tab.
Click the Remove button to de-allocate the member from a duty. The member is informed by email and you can optionally include your own message.
Activity log
The Activity Log tab lists all DutyMan actions recorded against the member.
